Sunflower Story Folk Art Necklace

This unusual statement necklace immediately caught our eye with its hand-painted sunflower focal, warm earthy colors, wood beads and coordinating paddle-shaped accents.

The necklace features a large, irregular-shaped hand-painted focal pendant depicting a figure holding a sunflower in warm shades of golden yellow, orange, green and cream. The pendant is surrounded by coordinating wood beads and a series of unusual hand-painted paddle-shaped beads, all strung along a dark leather/suede-style cord.

The back of the focal pendant is unfinished, adding to the rustic, handmade character of the piece.

This is a pre-owned vintage find and is being sold in its current condition. One of the small paddle-shaped beads is broken, as shown in the photos. The imperfection has been reflected in the price and does not take away from what makes this such an interesting statement piece.
